1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for shipment.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Local Shipping (within Pakistan): 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


4. International Shipping

We ship internationally where available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.


5. Delays & Issues

TurboJetoz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.


8. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the address.
